About the Role
• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction in the frontend tech stack, ensuring the team adopts best practices and modern technologies.• Innovation & Optimization: Continuously drive UI innovation and optimize frontend architecture and performance.
• Business Alignment: Understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with product goals.
- Ensure Code Quality: Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews.
- Build and fix UI components with complex features and design reusable component libraries to drive optimization
- Define frontend architecture, set standards & tooling and shape module structure, component boundaries, and conventions
- Write unit tests, establish testing strategy (unit/integration/E2E), select testing tools to enforce quality
- Optimize Performance, Improve page speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with frontend trends and recommend new tools or frameworks.

Communication Requirements
Internal: Group Innovation Office 60%
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, product manager, backend, Algorithm developers, and product managers.
External: Business users and Vendors 40%
Minimum Job Requirements
- University graduate and above with 8+ years data project implementation experiences in such as developing data applications with AI/ Machine Learning/ advanced algorithms.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one mainstream framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Familiar with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite), version control systems (e.g., Git), and performance optimization techniques.
- Life insurance business knowledge is preferred
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
