About the Role

Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support to executives

• Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email
• Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries
• Arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements and track expenses
• Use business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and potentially respond to routine correspondence and inquiries
• Exercise confidentiality, tact and diplomacy in supporting the executives
• Participate in the development and implementation of secretarial standards, policies and practices for AIA
