About the Role

This role is critical in managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, company and group standard and policies as well as supporting a positive and legally sound work environment. The employee will have direct experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and labor law application.

  • Act as a primary contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and Thai labor laws
  • Manage and investigate employee complaints, conflicts, misconduct, and grievance cases with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide consultation and support to line managers and relative HRBP on all ER cases, disciplinary actions, and employee performance management issues
  • Co-conduct internal investigations and prepare related data and reports, including case documentation and recommended actions
  • Monitor compliance with Thai labor law and company regulations; identify and mitigate ER-related risks
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on labor disputes, terminations, and labor court proceedings when required
  • Proactively work to maintain positive employee engagement and morale through transparent and legally ER practices

Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
