About the Role
This role is critical in managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, company and group standard and policies as well as supporting a positive and legally sound work environment. The employee will have direct experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and labor law application.- Act as a primary contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and Thai labor laws
- Manage and investigate employee complaints, conflicts, misconduct, and grievance cases with professionalism and discretion
- Provide consultation and support to line managers and relative HRBP on all ER cases, disciplinary actions, and employee performance management issues
- Co-conduct internal investigations and prepare related data and reports, including case documentation and recommended actions
- Monitor compliance with Thai labor law and company regulations; identify and mitigate ER-related risks
- Collaborate with legal counsel on labor disputes, terminations, and labor court proceedings when required
- Proactively work to maintain positive employee engagement and morale through transparent and legally ER practices
