MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Supervises all clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations of all sections.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Daily monitoring of attendance and ensures fast and efficient delivery of service to patients. 
• Coordinates with doctors and dentists regarding daily attendance and changes in their schedule. 
• Collates and reviews all reports of his/her subordinates prior to submission to Senior Supervisor. 
• Ensures the availability of accurate and timely results. 
• In-Charge of training of new staff on his/her specific role in the clinic, regarding clinic SOP, and use of clinic management system. 
• Performs re-training and coaching of existing staff regularly or as needed. 
• In-Charge of doing performance evaluation of his/her subordinates for submission to senior supervisor. 
• Coordinates with other Clinic Heads for any endorsements as needed. 
• Attends department meeting with other Clinic Heads and other meetings as required. 
• Coordinates with suppliers of clinic machine/equipment for any issues encountered as needed. 
• To render overtime, if necessary, after regular working hours even during non-working days due to workload. 
• Performs initial investigation of NFC/NCs or complaints received involving his/her subordinates.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and give appropriate correction and corrective action. 
• Performs other related tasks incidental to the work described herein.
