The Opportunity

We have opportunities available within our Long-Term Income Protection teams. These roles can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. Within our team we offer comprehensive training and a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in Life Insurance Claims.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of income protection claims
  • Provide support to the team through the management of a high volume of income protection claims, processing payments and providing regular status updates to members
  • Practically apply the policy terms and conditions, analyse medical, financial and other relevant information and engage the appropriate investigation tools to ensure claims are appropriately managed
  • Ensure that members are paid the appropriate rate and within set timeframes
  • Engage with appropriate parties such as Senior Assessors or rehabilitation to ensure sustainable return to work outcomes are facilitated and expected recovery times are understood

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Insurance experience - Life, General Insurance and/or Workers Comp
