1. 신계약 관리
1차 언더라이팅 및 불완전판매 모니터링
미결 보완 및 해피콜 관리를 통한 신계약 관리 (전환율, 가동율, 전자청약관리 등 포함)
2. 계약 품질관리
철회/승환/유지/소멸 등 계약 관리
수금/부활/고아계약 등 계약 관리
준법 관련 필드 내 신규 영업 현황 모니터링
각종 가이드라인/제도 준수를 위한 업무 지원
3. Agent 업무 지원
영업인사 업무 지원 (위/해촉 프로세스에 맞춰 인터뷰, 양식, 제출 서류 관리 등)
영업관리자(RM/BM) 업무 지원
신규 런칭 지점 업무 지원
지점 내방 고객 응대
각종 영업 관련 업무
AIA의 시스템(IMAP, TOSS, ATIS 등), 오퍼레이션 프로세스, 수당 규정/프로모션 가이드라인/캠페인 등 각종 가이드라인에 대한 필드 안내
성과 관리를 위한 각종 리포트 및 자료 제공
4. 기존 계약 관리
계약서비스 (변경/해약/해지 등)와 관련한 각종 업무 지원
보험금 신청 서류 확인 및 스캔 등 보험금 지급과 관련한 각종 업무 지원
준법 관련된 기존 계약, 영업 현장 모니터링

GA 총무 업무 경험 1년 이상
기본적인 문서작성 능력
