About the Role
[팀 소개]운영관리팀은 설계사 위/해촉 관리 및 보증관리 등을 통한 영업인사 지원을 안정적으로 하며, 제휴사 매출검증, 정확한 수수료정산을 통한 회사의 목표 달성에 기여합니다.
[직무 요약]
미수채권을 체계적으로 관리하여 채권 건전성을 확보하고, 법적 절차 및 추심 프로세스를 통해 회수율을 극대화하는 업무를 수행합니다. 또한 대내외 규제 기준을 준수하고, 관련 부서와의 협업을 통해 건전한 재무 구조 유지에 기여합니다.
[주요 업무]
1. 미수 채권 관리
미수 발생 원인 분석 및 사전 예방 활동(계약 담당 부서와 협업)
위험도 기반 채권 포트폴리오 구성 및 관리
미수 채권 Aging관리 및 단계별 대응 전략 수립
채권 건전성 지표(KPI)관리 및 리포팅
2. 추심(회수)활동 수행, 법적 절차 및 리스크 관리
전화•문자•우편 등 커뮤니케이션을 통한 추심 업무
고액•장기 미수 채권건에 대한 심층 분석 및 맞춤형 회수 전략 수립
채권 종류•금액•소멸시효 등을 고려한 법적 조치 검토
지급 명령, 소송, 강제 집행 등 법적 회수 절차 지원
소멸시효 관리 및 리스크 발생 가능성 사전 예방
3. 데이터 분석 및 보고
월•분기•연간 미수채권 현황 분석 및 회수율 리포트 작성
미수채권 트랜드 분석 및 회수율 제고를 위한 개선과제 도출
KPI(회수율, 미수채권 감소율, 법적비용 절감 등)분석 및 관리
[자격요건]
보험회사 또는 GA 채권관리 및 추심 관련 업무 3년 이상
기본적인 법률 지식 (민법, 소멸시효, 지급 명령 등)
데이터 분석 능력 (Excel, 보고서 작성 역량)
분석적 사고 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
