About this role

Overview

The Respiratory Care Practioner is responsible for proving safe, quality rspiratory patient care and education to patients and their families. Additional job description include collaboration with the healthcare team, paticipationin on-going feedback regarding performance improvement, implementation of clinical pathway/plan of care to guide the patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

The Respiratory Care Practioner must demonstrate proficincy in the following areas: MST, ICU, Emergency Room, Subacute and BHU.

Qualifications

Graduated from AMA accredited School of Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.

Minimum of one year acute patient care experence in Respiratory Services or Respiratory related care preferred.

Current California RCP license,

Current Healthcare provider BLS,

Current ACLS,

Current PALS and NRP, Within 60 days of hiring,

RRT preferred.

Greater El MOnte Community Hospital is an 110 bed hospital in which provides ER, ICU, MST, BHU, Subacute and Surgery services to our community.
