Agropur is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at our Distribution Center in St-Hubert.The working hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
The Warehouse Supervisor plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to receiving, storing, packaging products, and assembling orders.

Salary range 004: 71 200$ to 89 000$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
What’s involved in this rôle :
The Warehouse Supervisor’s main responsibilities include:
Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met and that employees continuously work safely.
Actively participating in maintaining regulatory, quality, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Managing daily activities to execute the weekly plan based on incoming orders and ensuring both quantitative and qualitative targets are achieved.
Ensuring employee performance and providing the necessary support for them to reach their objectives.
Managing distribution center activities, including hiring, training, maintenance plan follow-up, participation in various committees, etc..
Enforcing the collective agreement.
Leading team meetings at the start of each shift.
Identifying risks and improvement opportunities, analyzing them, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
Conducting investigations following incidents/accidents and proposing action plans.
Maintaining a strong work climate by promoting participative management, communication, and continuous improvement.
Supporting the management of all buildings, grounds, and equipment at the distribution center.
What you need to join our team
Bachelor’s degree or DEC in operations management, logistics, administration, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision in the food or pharmaceutical field.
Experience in a unionized environment.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of SAP.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to work with colleagues in other Canadian provinces)
