Agropur is seeking a Transportation Coordinator – 1‑year contract to join its St-Hubert team.
The Transportation Coordinator & Customer Relations plays a key role in the operational management of orders and in closely monitoring carriers and customers. This role is responsible for ensuring visibility, reliability, and smooth delivery operations by validating orders in SAP, proactively managing appointments, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Salary range 003: $61,400 to $76,800 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job‑related skills.)
What’s involved in this role:
More specifically, the Transportation Coordinator is responsible for:
Using SAP TM and other systems to plan daily transportation schedules and ensuring customer appointment bookings in a just‑in‑time environment
Ensuring all manual movements are uploaded into SAP TM and that the system is updated daily
Monitoring all shipments rigorously to confirm movements and inform Transportation Supervisors and internal/external customers of any issues
Providing proof of delivery upon request
Generating and distributing Transportation KPIs according to required frequency
Supporting compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety requirements
Supporting compliance with health & safety rules and all applicable transportation regulations and standards
What you need to join our team
College diploma, preferably in Operations Management or Logistics
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP TM
Ability to quickly identify issues and take concrete actions to resolve them
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
(English is required to collaborate with colleagues in other Canadian provinces.)
