Hourly Rate starts at $26.56/hr, and premiums of $0.75 (Aft) or $0.85 (Ngt).
How Agropur invests in YOU
- Guaranteed full-time position with 40 hours a week.
Overtime is available based on business needs at a time and a half rate or double-time rate as applicable.
Paid training for all job tasks and requirements
2 weeks of vacations after one year of service, increasing to 3 weeks after three years.
Health coverage includes: Life insurance, Prescription Drugs, Dental, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage.
What’s involved in this role:
Operate warehouse machinery (Ride-along Walkie, Reach Truck and Counterbalance)
Warehouse functions include: Picking, Receiving, Loading, Replenishment, etc.
Handle goods that can weigh between 40 to 50 pounds
Working in a temperature-controlled environment with company provided personal protective equipment and refrigerated gear
Monitor and report inventory losses
What you need to join our team:
Available for all shifts (morning, afternoon, night and weekends)
Basic ability to communicate in English
Ability to operate a walkie or reach truck is an asset
Previous warehouse experience is an asset
Experience in the food industry (asset)
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

What you'll do
- The role involves operating warehouse machinery and performing various warehouse functions such as picking, receiving, loading, and replenishment. Additionally, the operator will monitor and report inventory losses.
