Agropur is looking for a Customer Collaboration Analyst for a 12-month temporary position within its St-Hubert team.

As a Customer Collaboration Analyst, you will play a key role as the liaison between our customers and our internal supply chain teams. You will be responsible for collaborative planning, forecast accuracy, and efficient replenishment with retail partners. You will contribute directly to improving processes, supporting our partners, and strengthening our customer relationships.

  • Salary scale 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

 

What this role involves:

More specifically, as a Customer Collaboration Analyst, your responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing sales (POS), inventory, shipment, and promotional data.

  • Recommending adjustments based on trends, seasonality, and retailer insights.

  • Monitoring on-shelf availability, service levels, and weeks of supply.

  • Anticipating risks of out‑of‑stocks or overstock situations and proposing corrective actions.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for CPFR activities with assigned retailers.

  • Participating in weekly meetings, performance reviews, and joint business planning.

  • Using retailer portals to extract insights.

  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Logistics teams to align demand‑impacting factors.

  • Supporting product launches, transitions, and promotions.

  • Presenting analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  • Building dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Automating recurring analyses whenever possible.

 

What you need to join our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in demand planning, replenishment, or supply chain.

  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience working with large datasets and retailer data.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).

Assets

  • Experience working with major retailers (Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Power BI, SAP ERP, or Oracle.

  • Familiarity with EDI flows and S&OP processes.
