Get To Know Our Team  


The Supply department serves as Agoda’s B2B arm, connecting with external partners to secure accommodation, flights, and activities. Within Supply, the “Central Management Office (CMO)” acts as a unifying team, leading and supporting a range of initiatives. The CMO drives impactful non-BAU projects, elevates project management standards, optimizes budget allocation and spending, fosters people engagement across the department, and develops effective strategies for performance management and capability building. 


Your role:  



  • Hiring & Onboarding: Build and improve hiring processes by introducing initiatives like shadowing and automating training for new managers. Create a strong induction program to help new hires succeed and grow quickly 



  • Learning & development and competency management: Design and manage competency mapping, L&D programs including content creation or manage the third-party training provider, and create career mobility frameworks  



  • Talent management: develop retention plans or motivation for top talent and coaching plan for under performers 



  • Performance management: lead the Supply performance review process to ensure continuous improvement 



  • Other Projects: Take ownership of additional projects that support the team’s goals and contribute to organizational success.  


 


In this role, you will get to:  



  • Work with various stakeholders: close collaboration with different teams within people’s team of Agoda as well as internal parties within supply 



  • Conduct some analysis both quantitatively & qualitatively and propose ideas: people development and learning are continuous processes that you will need to analyze the results from different indicators and continuously develop framework, validate, and convince various stakeholders both within supply team and cross function  



  • Work on execution and propose ideas to improve the process: there are a number of processes involved; which you will need to lead execution and suggest rooms to optimize to make it more efficient  


 
What You’ll Need to Succeed (Must Have) 



  • 3-5 years of experience working preferably in people’s team or consulting firm and worked on people topic before  



  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, psychology experience is a plus  



  • A high level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially in Excel and Powerpoint  



  • Highly detailed person  



  • Strong analytical skills on both qualitative and quantitative aspects  



  • The interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders  



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of the management hierarchy 

  • The drive, speed and creativity to not only execute given tasks, but proactively come up with your own ideas and create improvements for everyone.  


It’s Great if You Have (Good to Have) 



  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau  



  • Experience in using Workday
