The Opportunity:

We are hiring Contract Software Developers (Full‑Stack / Backend) through an Assessment Day hiring initiative. Successful candidates will be matched to suitable teams and projects based on their skills and interests.

In this role, you will work as part of an agile engineering team, contributing to systems that serve millions of users worldwide. You will gain exposure across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure, depending on team allocation.

This opportunity is well‑suited for fresh graduates and early‑career developers who are eager to learn, build real‑world systems, and grow their engineering skills.

In this Role, you'll get to:

• Develop and maintain high‑quality frontend and/or backend software solutions


• Work in agile product teams practicing hypothesis‑driven development


• Build user interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as React, Redux, and TypeScript


• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs using C# and Scala


• Work with data platforms and tools such as Hadoop, Kafka, and Spark


• Use A/B testing and data insights to support product decisions


• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and technical designs


• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems


• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices


• Build real‑time monitoring for production systems

What you'll Need to Succeed: 

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably less than 2 years of experience)


• Bachelor’s degree in any field with coding experience, or completion of a software engineering‑related bootcamp


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English


• Solid problem‑solving skills and attention to detail


• Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms


• Programming experience in one or more languages (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScript, Python)


• Familiarity with databases and SQL


• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git


• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with team members

Nice to Have:

• Personal or academic projects (GitHub portfolio is a plus)


• Experience with frontend frameworks or mobile development


• Exposure to backend systems, APIs, or distributed systems


• Interest in clean code, testing, and modern software architecture


• Passion for learning and improving your technical skills

This role is a contract based in Bangkok, Thailand and the succeeded candidate will be assigned to the project.
