<h5 dir="ltr"><strong>An interesting Cloud Security startup company is looking for a Principal </strong>Software<strong> Engineer </strong>(Architect Level)<strong> to join it's team!</strong></h5><h5 dir="ltr"><strong>Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid - 3 days in office)</strong></h5><h5 dir="ltr"><strong>The Role:</strong></h5><p dir="ltr">As a <strong>Principal Software Engineer</strong>, you will be the technical authority and architect of our core systems. You will take full ownership of products and features—from high-level architectural design to hands-on delivery.</p><ul dir="ltr"><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Architectural Leadership:</strong> Design and build high-scale, high-availability distributed systems using <strong>Go</strong> and <strong>Microservices</strong>.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Full-Stack Impact:</strong> While focusing heavily on complex backend architecture, you’ll also ensure seamless front-end experiences with <strong>React</strong>.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>AI-Driven Development:</strong> We don’t just build AI products; we use them. You will lead the way in integrating AI tools (like <strong>Cursor</strong> and others) into our workflow to accelerate development and stay ahead of the curve.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Production-First Mindset:</strong> Test MVPs directly in production with real users, iterate based on feedback, and ensure long-term system stability.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Ownership &amp; Support:</strong> Jump in as a "Support Hero" when needed—understanding customer pain points is key to building a great product.</p></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr">Requirements</h3><ul dir="ltr"><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>10+ years of experience</strong> in software engineering, with a proven track record of reaching Principal or Architect levels.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Distributed Systems Expert:</strong> Deep understanding of high-scale systems, B2B complexity, and performance optimization. You know that building a "system" is more than just building an "app."</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Tech Stack Mastery:</strong> Extensive experience with <strong>Go</strong> (Golang) and <strong>Microservices</strong>. Proficiency in <strong>React</strong> is required for full-stack delivery.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Cloud Security Background:</strong> Experience with multi-cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) or cloud operations is a significant advantage.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Academic Excellence:</strong> Degree in Computer Science from a leading university OR an alum of elite tech units (8200, Mamram, etc.).</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>AI-Forward:</strong> Comfortable and enthusiastic about using AI tools (such as Cursor) to 10x development speed.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Product Mindset:</strong> You think like a founder. You’re focused on building great products for users, not just writing clean code.</p></li><li><p dir="ltr"><strong>Leadership &amp; Communication:</strong> Ability to guide cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, and engineers) and articulate complex technical visions clearly.</p></li></ul><p></p>
