 We are seeking a thorough and proactive Tender Management Specialist to join our Back Office team in Cernusco sul Naviglio. In this role you will handle public and private tenders by ensuring compliance with regulations, and by coordinating with internal collaborators throughout the tender lifecycle.

 Your main responsibilities will be to:
•    Monitor and identify relevant public and private tender opportunities.
•    Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for tender participation.
•    Manage documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
•    Prepare and submit administrative, technical, and financial documents via certified email and dedicated portals.
•    Coordinate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate tender activation.
•    Maintain organized records and ensure traceability of all tender-related activities.
•    After onboarding and training, operate independently and liaise with internal customers (Sales, Application Specialists, Legal, etc.) as needed.
 

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the following background:
•    University degree or equivalent experience in Law or related field
•    Previous experience in a similar role within structured multinational companies would be a plus
•    Full proficiency in Italian and good level of English (especially reading & understanding)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC usage.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
