About this role

Job Description

The Onboarding Manager will configure, train and deploy products within the Agilent Software portfolio. They will ensure that the system is deployed in a way which addresses the customer’s needs. They communicate with external clients and internal team members to successfully implement the system and communicate features and functionality to clients.

Principle Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, prepare for, and conduct meetings with customers that are adopting Agilent Software to ensure that the system is deployed in a way which addresses their needs

  • Communicate timelines to customers and identify any challenges that may interrupt adoption and deployment within identified timeline

  • Post go-live support

  • Communicate cross functionally to ensure a smooth deployment for the customer so that all parties that are a part of the overall deployment are aware of the status of the deployment

  • Submit any bugs or feature enhancements and VOC timely and through the appropriate channels

  • Host user webinars to increase adoption and usage of functionality within the product

  • Document the status of the customer using the Customer Success platform to manage your portfolio and track customers through their journey

  • Participate in regular team meetings

  • Ability to think outside the box and propose creative solutions as necessary

  • Requires strong active listening skills and the ability to quickly grasp customer requirements

  • Requires ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities

  • Depending upon interest level, there may be numerous opportunities to participate and lead other company initiatives beyond the scope of this direct role

This is a remote position, with occasional travel (25%), plus the ability to work outside of normal working hours up to 20% to meet client needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or comparable experience

  • 2+ years previous experience working with software, or ability to demonstrate ability to train required

  • Excellent AI and Networking skills

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build and foster good relationships

  • Self-motivated and directed individual

  • Team-oriented perspective

  • Demonstrate experience with remote training and work

  • Basic HTML (helpful but not required), understand differences between browsers on multiple operating systems, comfortable learning new software applications

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $78,238.00 - $122,248.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
