Job Description

• This is a Finance Analyst position within Global Operations Finance organization.  The successful candidate will provide financial analysis support and be the trusted financial adviser to the assigned Global Operations managers. 
• Develops annual financial plans.  Works in close partnership with Global Operations managers and staff to achieve plans.
• Handles financial close activities. Prepares business performance analysis and forecasts.
• Supports Ignite Transformation workstreams to drive gross margin improvement.  
• Prepares financial modeling and analysis to support decision making for strategic initiatives/projects including make vs buy and transfer analysis.   
• Determines manufacturing overhead rates.  Partner with WWCA on std-setting and production variance matters.
• Supports inventory management including inventory controls, quarterly E&O reviews and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Works on Global Operations Finance improvement projects including development of dashboards, standardization and enhancements of reports and processes. 
• Prepares the consolidation of financial results and GM bridging analysis of assigned business portfolio.
• Ensures that operations are compliant with the financial policies and controls.   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  Typically, at least 8+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. 
• Proficient in PowerPivot and BI dashboard tools. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills.  Ability to influence results. 
• Strong team player. 
• Ability to partner effectively across geographies and functions, including supporting operations remotely. 

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
