Join Agilent’s EMEA Marketing Communications (MarCom) team and contribute to initiatives that keep our regional marketing engine moving. You'll gain hands-on experience in event logistics, operational processes, workflow optimizations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a marketing organization.

This role is particularly suited for students in marketing, business, digital marketing, or related fields who want to gain experience in marketing operations, process improvement, campaign logistics, and data‑driven reporting within a global matrix environment.


As a Marketing Operations & Process Excellence Intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of a global marketing team, including:

  • Supporting the coordination of logistics for EMEA-wide events (central and local hubs), while proactively identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, as well as contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance the overall event experience.

  • Contributing to the mapping, review, harmonization, and maintenance of marketing training materials, documentation, and resources across EMEA.

  • Generating and analyzing operational reports to monitor quality and performance in areas such as shipments, marketing stock usage, and budget accuracy.

  • Providing support across selected operational workflows and projects, collaborating with Marcom subject matter experts (SMEs) in domains such as budgeting, data entry, events planning and more.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated students with a strong work ethic and the following background:

  • Currently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Studies, Logistics, Process Management, or related fields, ideally in your final 1-2 years.

  • Process‑oriented mindset, with a natural inclination to document, simplify complexity, create clarity, and improve efficiency.

  • Basic familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, or other workflow tools is a plus.

  • Full proficiency in English; proficiency in other European languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) is considered a plus.

  • Comfortable working with data, including generating basic reports, monitoring metrics, and interpreting trends (Excel or similar tools).

  • Personally, you are organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a structured approach to tasks and high attention to detail. You also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with external and internal partners.

We Offer:

This is a full-time paid internship based in Barcelona/ Spain, starting in June 2026, and targeting a duration of 12 months. Our interviewing process will be taking place throughout the February-March timeframe.

IMPORTANT: Internships at Agilent in Spain require a training agreement with your university for the entire duration of the internship. Please, check with your university´s internship/ careers office or faculty to confirm your eligibility through July 2027.
