Join Agilent’s EMEA field marketing team and work directly with the Field Marketing Manager and Marketing Program Managers (MPMs) to help implement the EMEA marketing strategy. You'll gain hands-on experience in designing and executing marketing programs, analyzing results, and understanding the strategies used by our marketing team.

This is your chance to deepen your understanding of Agilent’s diverse portfolio across high-growth life science and BioPharma markets, including pharmaceutical analysis, biotechnology workflows, and advanced analytical techniques. Work within a diverse team of highly experienced professionals and apply the theory from your studies in a professional setting.

This role is particularly suited for students in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedical sciences, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related life science fields who want to gain marketing experience in high‑growth scientific markets such as biopharma, pharmaceuticals, and advanced life science applications.

Your main responsibility will be in the area of Digital Prospecting to:

  • Participate in the design and execution of new prospect research campaigns, customer profiling and segmentation, and social selling.

Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to:

  • Market analysis and research across high-growth industries such as BioPharma, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals, and life science applications.

  • Marketing promotional activities and analytics and related projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated students with a strong work ethic, and the following background:

  • Currently in at least the second year of a Scientific degree program (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or related life science fields).

  • Knowledge of analytical techniques and/ or portfolios such as chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, cell analysis, capillary electrophoresis or related technology sold by Agilent is desirable

  • Full proficiency in English. Proficiency in any other European language would be a plus.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Familiarity with social media and potentially social selling techniques, as well as knowledge of marketing/data analysis would be a plus.

  • Personally, you are driven, organized, and autonomous, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with external and internal partners. You bring a can-do attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

We offer:

This is a full-time paid internship based in Barcelona/ Spain, starting in June-July 2026, with a duration of 12 months. Our interview process will be taking place throughout the February-March timeframe.

IMPORTANT: Internships at Agilent in Spain require a training agreement with your university for the entire duration of the internship. Please, check with your university´s internship/ careers office or faculty to confirm your eligibility through July 2027.
