We seek a Warehousing Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations across receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and dispatch. This position helps maintain accurate stock levels, coordinates warehouse activities, supports compliance with safety procedures, and ensures efficient workflow throughout the facility.
The position is Kolwezi based.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day warehouse activities.
- Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
2. Inventory Management
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Report discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain records of inbound/outbound shipments.
- Ensure accuracy of delivery notes, picking lists, and stock transfer documents.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Support the implementation of safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in monitoring proper handling, storage, and labelling of materials.
- Report safety concerns or operational issues promptly.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with procurement, production, logistics, and other departments to coordinate warehouse needs.
- Provide updates to the Warehouse Supervisor on workflow, bottlenecks, and resource requirements.
- Support training and guidance for warehouse staff when required.
6. Equipment & Asset Support
- Ensure warehouse tools, equipment, and machinery are used correctly and safely.
- Report equipment malfunctions and support maintenance scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse systems (e.g., M3 & MMS).

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as required for warehouse tasks.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
