We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist (Customs) in New Iberia, LA - which will help us power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Commercial invoice document creation
• Purchase order processing for customs clearance bills
• Monitor & manage customs clearance issues
• Maintain list of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTF) codes for all Aggreko fleet and accessories
• Import/Export capex tracking & reporting, special projects, and audits  
• Keep up with industry changes i.e. rules, free trade agreement changes, legislation

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience (5 years)
• Minimum of 5 years of International Logistics
• PC literacy in a Microsoft environment or ERP system
• Ability to prioritize and respond with a sense of urgency
• Excellent customer service skills with professional and proficient interpersonal and teamwork skills
