Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

  • assess learning needs of the orientees/ trainees during courses and traineeship
  • develop and conduct orientation programmes, training courses, basic skills training, in service education and sessions for the development of nursing staff
  • plan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and Institutional patient care objective
  • evaluate the effectiveness of individual and groups learning
  • ensure that educational programmes are congruent with the organizational goals
  • demonstrate sound theoretical and practical knowledge related to adult teaching learning process.


Requirements:

You should have:

  • a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
  • at least two years of experience as Registered Nurse/equivalent, preferably with some clinical teaching experience
  • valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
  • certified BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/ Instructor)
  • possess competencies to impart skills and knowledge to the audience
  • in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes
  • excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a project-based position initially for a period of 6 months.
