Position: Clinical Nurse Instructor, Department of Anesthesia

Job Role / Responsibilities:

• develop and conduct courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing services/support services employees
• plan, develop and organize programmes, courses, workshop to meet broad nursing needs and institutional patient care objective
• evaluate the effectiveness of individual learning and groups
• ensure that educational programmes are congruent with organizational goal
• coordinates and conducts different american heart association courses and prepares reports as per devised format.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

You must have;

• a Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
• valid license from Pakistan nursing council
• Certification in:
  • BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP (Provider/Instructor)
  • Safe Medication Administration
  • Intravenous Cannulation
  • Procedural Sedation
• minimum 3 years of experience as registered nurse
• in-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes
• excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
• readiness to work in flexible hours.
