Your Role
Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to support the demand planning team to analyze the impact of promotions on demand, assisting in forecasting and consensus meetings, and contributing to the standardization, documentation, and automation of planning processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What you will do
· Support the calculation and entry of promotional sales.
· Provide support in S&OP meetings.
· Coordinate with areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather inputs.
· Assist in continuous improvement projects (automation, data standardization).
· Update demand reports and dashboards.
What we are looking for
· Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Data and Analytical Acumen: Proficient user of Excel, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and detail.
· Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
· Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
