As a PC Support Specialist in our Seattle office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

 

 

Here’s why we need you:

In his role, you will provide hardware and software support to engineers, drafters, and administrative employees on a daily basis.  Within this position, you will provide support to end users in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment, Autodesk products, and Microsoft System Center.

 

 

Expertise of our most successful PC Support Specialist: 

  • Associates degree in computer related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, hardware and software installation necessary.

Effective skills to help you flourish:

  • Knowledge of laptops, desktops and mobile devices desirable.
  • Experience in managing the phone system a plus
  • Strong spoken and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Effective working individually and within team environments.

Estimated Starting Hourly Range: $24- $26
