Principali responsabilità:
A seguito di un'adeguata formazione, la risorsa si occuperà di:
Provvedere alla prenotazione delle prestazioni sanitarie richieste dal paziente, verificandone la disponibilità;
Provvedere all'accettazione dei pazienti al front office;
Fornire informazioni su costi, convenzioni, tempi per la prenotazione di tutte le prestazioni erogabili;
Collaborazione con i Medici delle relative specialità per la gestione delle agende.
Attività di back office correlate.
Candidato Ideale :
Il/la candidato/a avrà i seguenti requisiti:
E' in possesso di un diploma di scuola superiore,
Ha maturato esperienza in ambito amministrativo, preferibilmente in ambito sanitario.
E’ interessato ad inserirsi in una realtà aziendale dinamica ed innovativa
Possiede ottime capacità relazionali, proattività, doti organizzative e predisposizione ad operare in team.
E’ disponibile a lavorare su turni dal lunedì al venerdì;
La forma contrattuale ed il trattamento economico saranno valutati individualmente, in relazione all'esperienza pregressa.
