We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Customer Service team in Malta. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and growing environment, providing high-quality support to our customers and ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner

  • Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling, and quality) as set out by the Market Manager and Team Leaders

  • Communicate relevant customer feedback to Team Leaders for continuous improvement in service quality

  • Provide effective support for all reservations and track inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist other teams by handling cross-market calls, ensuring as many calls as possible are converted into sales

  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally

  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a collaborative working environment

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (C-level) and English (C-level) is required

  • Proven customer service and/or sales experience, with strong communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service

  • Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel

  • Typing skills of 25 words per minute (WPM)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets

Working Schedule and Contract:

  • Full-time, with a flexible working schedule

  • Permanent contract
