Responsabilidades principales
Llevar a cabo procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección end‑to‑end para múltiples países (principalmente Argentina, Chile, Colombia, México, República Dominicana, Puerto Rico y Panamá) garantizando calidad, agilidad y cumplimiento de nuestros estándares globales.
Realizar estrategias efectivas de hunting y sourcing en LinkedIn, Indeed y otros portales.
Administrar y documentar todas las etapas del proceso en Workday.
Colaborar estrechamente con HRBPs y Hiring Managers, actuando como socio estratégico del negocio.
Cumplir con KPIs y SLAs del sector.
Impulsar y ejecutar mejoras de procesos, herramientas y proyectos especiales, orientados a la eficiencia y optimización de los mismos.
Requisitos
Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Psicología o carreras afines.
+4 años de experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento full cycle – excluyente.
Inglés avanzado (o upper intermediate) – excluyente.
Experiencia utilizando Workday (deseable).
Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, con fuerte orientación al cliente y al resultado.
Capacidad para resolver y gestionar múltiples requisiciones en un entorno dinámico. Orientación a la mejora continua.
