We are looking for a Performance Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for an analytical, strategic, and results-driven individual who understands how to connect long-term strategy with data-driven investment decisions that create value. The Performance Manager will support the design, implementation, and evolution of Aeromexico’s performance and strategic prioritization model, serving as a key bridge between Strategy, Finance, Data & Analytics, and business teams to translate insights into actionable decisions at the C-Level.
