We are looking for a Junior Aircraft Acquisition & Leasing Manager to help us deliver extraordinary experiences to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, and who understands how commercial relationships and strategic analysis of the aircraft market enable the optimization of aircraft acquisition, financing, and leasing—directly contributing to the company’s fleet plan and economic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial relationships with aircraft lessors, financiers, and manufacturers as the primary point of contact.

• Evaluate available aircraft through purchase and lease tenders, analyzing standards, operability, and profitability.

• Lead the negotiation process of Letters of Intent and Contracts for aircraft acquisition, financing, or leasing.

• Assess financing options in the market and recommend optimal strategies for fleet incorporation.

• Analyze market trends, new technologies, fleet performance, and competitors to generate technical-financial recommendations.

• Evaluate internal and external maintenance costs to identify savings and business opportunities.

• Support the incorporation of aircraft while ensuring the best commercial conditions and optimized economic impact.

• Provide ongoing follow-up to operational and commercial matters arising from interactions with international stakeholders.

Educational Requirements:

• MBA and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration

Experience:

• At least 3 years in financial analysis, commercial negotiations, contract management, and economic valuation—preferably in the aerospace industry or in technically complex financial/operational sectors.
