We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project & Innovations Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for an analytical, innovative, and collaborative individual who understands how drives operating model changes, strategic initiatives, innovation, and other transformations that influence multiple aspects of cybersecurity technology, people, and processes. It supports high-priority and complex projects that demand significant resources, cross-functional integration, and executive visibility. The position oversees projects from the initial concept through final implementation, collaborating with all impacted areas, including business units, end users, distributors, and vendors. Additionally, it ensures compliance with quality standards and conducts thorough reviews of all project deliverables.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT or technology environments.
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity or information security projects.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high-visibility initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud implementation or migration projects.
- Familiarity with project management software and reporting processes.
