Reporting to the VP of Integrated Marketing &amp; Strategy, this role evaluates partnership performance and audience data to inform proposals, optimize activations, and demonstrate ROI across AEG Presents' portfolio of venues, festivals, tours, and events.</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <p></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Analyze internal data sources to evaluate performance, audience behavior, concessions, and digital/social reach in order to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Support partnership teams by delivering real-time insights, reporting, and data-driven recommendations that inform active deals and partner decision-making.</li> <li>Aggregate and synthesize multi-platform data to measure KPI progress, assess partner performance, and evaluate campaign effectiveness across events and properties.</li> <li>Produce recurring performance and insights reports that demonstrate return on investment, support valuation discussions, and reinforce partner renewal strategies.</li> <li>Identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities across events and partnerships by translating data findings into clear recommendations that inform future programs and long-term partnership growth.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>BA/BS Degree (4-year)</li> <li>4-6 years Of related work experience</li> <li>Strong quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from large data sets, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to creatively solve challenging problems.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings from technical analysis to non-technical audiences</li> <li>Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
