This will be done through management of big data sets, the creation of reports and dashboards, and clear communication of insights and recommendations. This role collaborates with Global Partnerships teams, other AEG data engineers, and AEG business intelligence professionals to improve Partnership sales revenue and Partner activation efficiency for those teams. Responsibilities include developing impactful data visualizations, deploying short and long term partner analyses, and enhancing existing data workflows, reports, and systems for optimization.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally within AEG to build and preserve relationships with property sales, activation, marketing, and data teams. Communicate expectations on data standards across collaborators, and recommend strategies that will result in improved partner retention/renewal and revenue optimization. Communicate recommendations to leaders across key business units. (e.g. Crypto.com Arena, LA Kings).</li> <li>Manage and analyze data from key business units as well as external data sources for data like TV ratings (e.g. Nielsen), syndicated data (e.g. YouGov), sponsorship data (e.g. Sponsorunited), or others. Maintain new and existing partnership inventory, ensuring all possible elements are measured, capturing results and yielding consistent data for analysis.</li> <li>Develop and present partner agnostic and partner specific reporting with insights, trends, and recommendations for partnership optimization. Create and manage impactful data products (databases, visualizations, reports) using tools like PowerBI, SAS, Python, Azure, and Databricks.</li> <li>Identify and Track organizational and industry-wide digital trends and identify any innovative programs, activations or concepts to deliver additional value to partners and develop category insights.
