\n- Je verzamelt, analyseert en valideert business requirements binnen complexe organisaties.
- Je brengt bedrijfsprocessen helder in kaart en detecteert opportuniteiten en bottlenecks.
- Je fungeert als brug tussen business stakeholders en IT-teams.
- Je werkt samen met o.a. Business Architects om oplossingen in een breder kader te plaatsen.
- Je vertaalt analyse naar duidelijke modellen, documentatie en aanbevelingen.
- Je bezit een universitair diploma en een eerste ervaring in business analyse, BPM, business architecture of gelijkaardig.
- Je hebt affiniteit met digitalisering, AI en hoe technologie businesswaarde kan creëren.
- Je hebt inzicht in IT-architectuur, software delivery en enterprise-omgevingen.
- Je bent sterk analytisch, gestructureerd en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je hebt ervaring met business modelleertalen en modelgeoriënteerd werken.
- Je bent vlot in communicatie met uiteenlopende stakeholders.
- Nederlands is onze voertaal, en jij beheerst deze zowel mondeling als schriftelijk perfect.
