About this role
AI zit op een kantelpunt: klassieke AI-oplossingen groeien door, terwijl generatieve AI het speelveld fundamenteel verandert. Bij AE zoeken we een (Gen)AI Architect die beide werelden begrijpt én samenbrengt. Iemand die AI-architecturen ontwerpt in een probabilistische realiteit, met expliciete aandacht voor generatieve patronen zoals RAG, agentic flows en LLM-integratie. Geen losse experimenten, maar schaalbare, geïntegreerde en waardevolle oplossingen. Wil jij richting geven aan hoe AI én GenAI duurzaam worden ingezet binnen organisaties? Dan bouwen we graag samen verder.
\n- Ontwerpen van end-to-end AI- en GenAI-architecturen, van data en modellen tot integratie, consumptie en feedback loops.
- Maken van onderbouwde keuzes in GenAI-architectuurpatronen (RAG vs. GraphRAG vs. Agentic flows, deterministisch vs. probabilistisch).
- Integreren van GenAI-oplossingen in bestaande applicatie- en datalandschappen, met oog voor schaalbaarheid, kosten en risico’s.
- Vormgeven van evaluatie-, observability- en feedbackmechanismen voor AI- en GenAI-systemen.
- Meedenken over businesswaarde, ROI en pragmatische inzet van AI en GenAI binnen concrete processen.
- Sterke kennis van AI engineering én generatieve AI, voldoende diepgaand om architecturale afwegingen te maken.
- Ervaring met architecturale principes rond integratie, cloud-native systemen, security en governance in complexe omgevingen.
- Diep begrip van data als fundament voor AI en GenAI, inclusief data platforms, kwaliteit, lineage en contextopbouw.
- Vermogen om onzekerheid en probabilistisch gedrag expliciet te maken en architecturaal beheersbaar te ontwerpen.
- Nederlands als voertaal, mondeling en schriftelijk vlot beheerst.
