Join our mission at AdvisaCare! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospice Administrator to lead our hospice team and ensure our patients receive the best possible care in their final journey.

As the Hospice Administrator, you will oversee the operational aspects of our hospice services, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies while fostering a compassionate environment for both patients and their families.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Directing the overall administration of the hospice program in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement high-quality patient care plans.
  • Managing staffing, recruitment, and training of hospice team members to maintain a skilled workforce.
  • Monitoring and improving patient satisfaction and care quality metrics.
  • Maintaining open communication with families and advocating for patient needs and preferences.
  • Ensuring the hospice program operates within budget and meets financial performance goals.

To be a successful Hospice Administrator at AdvisaCare, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Active Michigan RN license required
  • Prior experience in hospice or healthcare administration is preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of state and federal hospice regulations and standards

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
