Job Summary:
Compiles, sorts and organizes data for computer entry. Reads source documents and enters information into computer system. Generates summary reports and makes inventory entries in computer management systems.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of information before it is entered into data system. Assists in chart review and thorough, accurate data collection.
- Compares data with source documents in verification format to detect errors. Stores completed documents in appropriate locations.
- Maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
