- Strukturierte Sichtung und Vorqualifizierung eingehender Bewerbungen anhand klar definierter Kriterien
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Hiring Manager zu Anforderungsprofilen
- Eigenständige Durchführung professioneller Pre-Screening-Gespräche
- Dokumentation und Pflege im Bewerbermanagementsystem
- Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience
- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Kandidatenvorauswahl
- Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und Compliance-Vorgaben
Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Recruiting und Talent Acquisition
