Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll play a key role in helping patients reclaim independence, function, and quality of life.
- Implement individualized therapy programs in alignment with PT-developed plans
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and quality of life
- Track progress and adapt treatment strategies to promote success
- Educate and motivate patients and caregivers for long-term success
- Document all care in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate progress and partner with families and caregivers for lasting results

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills, clinical integrity, and a genuine desire to help others
