• • Facilitate and document business requirements to align business demand with IT understanding. Bridge gap between business requirements and IT solutions ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment.
  • Business Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with business and functional groups. Collaborate on process design and requirements elicitation to ensure technical solutions are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Business acumen to accurately lead business requirements, build use cases, storyboarding and testing scenarios.  Document requirements, flow diagrams, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Coordination with business users, subject matter experts and developers.
  • Analyze system and business data to align with project requirements and functional documentation.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the planning, design, development, testing, and support for both packaged and custom software solutions. Provide hands-on expertise in full stack development and technical configuration, ensuring robust and scalable implementations.
  •  Execution of project life cycle, including as-is and to be analysis, scope definition, process improvement and testing in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Project Oversight: Manage both technical and administrative aspects of projects, including resource allocation, schedule management, and delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Will work with a focus on AI-based technologies to drive innovative solutions. Actively contribute to solution architecture, module integration, and system enhancements.
  • Works closely with SaaS platforms, Cloud hosting, ERP systems and Custom development solutions hosted on-premise or in the Cloud platform

   

  Required Skills & Experience
• 6-10 years of expertise in Pricing & Quoting Area along with high level understanding of quote to order process
• Interest and Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
• Proven ability to manage full lifecycle of software projects from concept to deployment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaborative relationships and effectively communicate across teams.
• Experience implementing formal software development and IT support methodologies.
• Desire and capacity to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment where technical excellence is valued and expected.
