About this role

Position Summary

The Leadership & Organizational Development Training Partner is a senior, client-facing role responsible for delivering customized leadership development, organizational development, coaching, mediation, and training services to Solutions EAP clients. This role focuses on execution and delivery of contracted work and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and teams across a wide range of industries and environments. This position requires a strong human resources foundation, advanced facilitation and coaching expertise, and the ability to adapt content and delivery to meet the unique needs of each client. As Solutions EAP continues to grow, this role will be instrumental in scaling service delivery while maintaining quality, consistency, and strong client relationships. The partner will work independently while partnering closely with the Vice President of Leadership & Organizational Development to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Service Delivery

• Deliver assigned client work in accordance with agreed-upon scopes of work, timelines, and objectives. • Serve as a trusted partner to client leaders, managers, and teams.

• Work with a diverse client base including unionized environments, municipal and public sector organizations, non-profits, and private employers.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in all client interactions, documentation, and communications.

Training, Facilitation & Speaking

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual leadership and professional development training for a variety of audiences.

• Modify and customize existing curriculum to meet client-specific needs, organizational culture, and learning objectives.

• Facilitate workshops, classes, and group sessions with confidence and professionalism.

• Demonstrate strong public speaking skills and the ability to engage, educate, and influence audiences of varying sizes and levels.

Coaching, Mediation & Organizational Development

• Provide individual and group coaching to leaders and employees.

• Support mediation and conflict resolution efforts in sensitive and high-trust environments.

• Apply organizational development principles to assess needs and support leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and culture.

• Navigate complex organizational structures, including union and public-sector environments.

Documentation, Systems & Administration

• Accurately document all client encounters, services, and activities in EAP Expert in a timely manner.

• Maintain organized and compliant records in accordance with Solutions EAP standards.

• Prepare training materials, presentations, summaries, and follow-up documentation as required.

Travel & Professional Representation

• Travel to client sites as required; mileage reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

• Represent Solutions EAP professionally at client sites, trainings, and events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, leadership development, training, coaching, or organizational development required.

• Active HR certification required: HRCI (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).

• Demonstrated experience delivering training and speaking in front of groups.

• Experience working with or supporting unionized, municipal, public sector, non-profit, or regulated environments strongly preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal leadership.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to learn and effectively use internal systems, including EAP Expert.
