Job Summary:
The STIBO developer shall serve as a strong technical resource in providing guidance and imposing the industry best practices within the team. The ideal candidate is expected to be proficient in the Trust framework with multiple project execution experience in implementing Product Mastering & end to end PIM solution using STIBO.
The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, ability to multi-task, quick self-learner, and highly motivated to analyze the data issues and articulate the business impact.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop the solution based on the requirements.
- Ability to run the scrum team.
- Ability to document the technical specifications clearly.
- Drive design discussions with business users and stakeholders, collaborate with technical and business community to accomplish deliverables.
- Ability to provide direction and manage other developers.
- Serve as a strong PIM technical lead in managing the activities such as Attribute creation, Attribute Groups, Objects, Hierarchies and Classifications, Business rule creation, Web UI development, Extension APIs, Integration endpoint configurations, References (product to classification, product to product, classification to classification), Workflows, Data Exports and Imports, Auto Classification
- Accountable for code quality, development of reusable components, product performance and adherence to best practices
- Ability to provide guidance on end-to-end cycle of PIM implementation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build components around STEP
Qualifications:
- Required:
- 5+ years of experience in data management
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience on PIM implementation
- Min 3+ years of STIBO STEP system implementation, development experience, STEP 11.x version is strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge on STIBO STEP implementation – which includes STEP Configuration, STEP Workflows and Business Rules, STEPXML, Step UI and Integration Endpoints
- 2+ years of RDBMS experience and very strong in SQL
- Should have experience working in Java Scripting, ReactJS.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new MDM tools (e.g. Reltio) and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exposure to ETL tools such as Data Stage or Power Center is good to have.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Should have knowledge in Graph QL.

- STIBO SETP Certification
- Experience with AWS / Azure
