Lead Business Analyst
Position Description
ADP Global Payroll is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to own measurement and analytics enablement for a multiyear strategic program. You’ll partner with program and fleet leaders to translate objectives into clear KPIs, establish baselines, design measurement specifications, and coordinate delivery of executive friendly dashboards and scorecards. The role combines stakeholder management, measurement strategy, data readiness, and hands-on analytics requirements to work to ensure reliable measurement and reporting across the program.
What will you do:
- Run intake and prioritization for measurement request including baseline assessment, dependency mapping, tradeoff and planning
- Partner with program and business leaders to clarify the problem to solve, outcomes, what good means and translate that into measurement specifications
- Maintain measurement and reporting catalogue to as program evolve
- Lead requirement creation for analytics solutions (dashboard/scorecard) and coordinate delivery with internal and ESI data team
- Identify measurement availability gaps and define upstream signal required for data acquisition, coordinate with respective system owner on loop closure
- Work closely with the business transformation team to identify data consistency issues caused by behavior and processes deviation and support with closing the loop through BPI initiatives
- Initiate and lead the effort measurement workstream to establish a solid baseline for productivity and manual work tracking, enabling ongoing transformation and strategic planning
- Communicate milestone achievements and change impacts to senior leaders, transformation leaders, system owners, and peers through strong executive presence and clear, executive‑level materials that support decision‑making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, analytics or related fields
- 7+ years of professional experience in business analysis, analytical or transformation roles with hands-on operational experience
- Proven expertise in stakeholder collaboration, detailed requirement documentation and comprehensive role-based analysis
- Exceptional analytical skills, communication capabilities and ability to translate complex problem into clear measurements
- Knowledge and experiences working with system logs, especially within SAP, BPMS and CRM platforms
- Proficiency with analytical tools, and data visualization platforms
- Detailed oriented, organized, and initiative-taking, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
