The Opportunity

This role is uniquely positioned to influence and build the future of Adobe’s security landscape, enabling secure innovation and aligning security measures with business goals.

What you'll Do

  • Apply your security expertise to guide risk-based decisions across various programs, ensuring Adobe effectively manages security risks.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Principal Engineers and executive leaders, using your technical knowledge to invent or improve solutions.
  • Act as a central point of contact for product teams and collaborators, encouraging effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across programs, develop contingency plans, and resolve critical issues.
  • Support and guide TPMs and engineering teams through the software development lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences, influencing decision-making at all levels.

What you need to succeed

  • 10 years in technical program management, with 3-5 years in Security, or 13 years with a Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale technical programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and team member coordination abilities.
  • Profound knowledge of software development methodologies and established guidelines.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to grasp complex architectural concepts.
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing scalable program management processes and important metrics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $277,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $191,600 - $277,400 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $177,100 - $256,450

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
