Hardware Asset Management Engineer

What will your responsibilities be?

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management functionalities.

• Oversee and manage Hardware Asset lifecycle

• Perform model normalization and other technical configurations within the HAM module.

• Support contract management for leasing agreements.

• Contribute to the hardware refresh process, ensuring timely execution.

• Coordinate small-scale projects and collaborate with external service providers.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with global teams and internal stakeholders.

• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions independently.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.

• Experience with model normalization and technical HAM functions.

• Knowledge of contract management for leasing.

• Familiarity with the hardware refresh process.

• Certifications in Hardware Asset Management or ServiceNow.

• Experience working with external service providers.

• Experience coordinating small projects.

• Highly motivated and proactive in driving initiatives forward.

• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
