Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care by evaluating and treating a diverse patient population based on the clinical setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, outstanding customer service, and a commitment to professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, evidence-based physical therapy care to patients.
Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Document all patient care in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and support staff.
Supervise and contribute to the development of physical therapy assistants involved in patient care.
Maintain high moral and professional standards in all aspects of practice.
Manage time efficiently to balance patient care and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to quality patient outcomes and continuous learning.
Preferred:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
1–2 years of direct patient care experience.
Possess or be eligible for Ohio state licensure.
