Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for precision and patient care? We’re hiring Medical Lab Technologists to join our Laboratory Services Team in Chillicothe, Ohio!
Position Details:
- Role: Medical Lab Technologist
- Schedule: 24 hours/week | Evening shifts (8-hour shifts)
- Location: 272 Hospital Rd, Chillicothe, OH 45601
- Compensation: $23.22 – $31.92/hour
(That’s ~$48,297–$66,394/year full-time equivalent)
Entry-Level Starts at: $23.22/hr
Experienced Professionals Up to: $31.92/hr

Your Impact
As an MLT, you’ll play a key role in delivering fast, accurate lab results that directly impact patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating effectively with patients & providers
- Processing lab orders & ensuring timely data delivery
- Performing lab tests with precision
- Troubleshooting equipment & refining testing methods
- Contributing to research, training, and process improvements
- Handling phone inquiries and reception tasks professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- MLT Certification (ASCP) – or eligible to obtain within 6 months
- Completion of clinical training as part of the degree program
