• Patient Volume: 15-20 (clinic); 2-3 in clinic procedures
• No. of Surgeries: 3-4 scheduled & emergent cases
• Rounding Included: Yes
- During the week on post op patients & IP consults if on day call.
• Support Staff: 3 RNs & 1 CNA
• Required Procedures:
- Cystoscopy, cystoscopy & dilation
- NO Robotics
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- May to Jul are call/clinic/scheduled surgeries or if the internal provider is on vacation, the provider would need to cover both clinic & call; Late Jul & onwards are weekend calls only.
- Assist permanent provider with call & clinic
- Clinic is located in the hospital
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active ND License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE in Urology (If BE: Must be within 5 yrs post residency)
• DEA
• Case Logs
• Self-Query NPDB report (dated within 30 days)
