Job Purpose: The Executive - Production Planning is responsible for managing and optimizing production processes within the cluster, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. This role focuses on inventory management, production planning, monitoring material flow, and addressing operational challenges to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. Additionally, the Shift Engineer plays a key role in implementing cost-saving initiatives, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, inventory, and safety teams.
